Payment shall be made within five (5) business days from the date of invoice. All checks payable to "XEROX CORPORATION". If a company or personal check is used, MCO will wait up to (5) business days before processing the Buyer's order.

Do you have a quantity discount program?
Not currently. We have reduced our prices in order for all customers to benefit regardless to your ability to purchase in quantities.
What about tax payments?
Tax will be charged at the applicable rate at the location of the goods, unless a Tax Exempt certificate is on file with us.
What does "As-Is/Where Is" mean?
The term "As-is / Where is" in the context of the equipment sold by Xerox Merchant Channel Operations means exactly what it says. The equipment is being sold exactly as we received it from our customer location. It has not been altered in any way or examined for operability or completeness by us. No part or any accessories are added or removed by us. Upon receipt at our warehouse we may repackage the unit to conform to internal handling requirements. The equipment is offered without any guarantee or warranty as to operability or merchantability. All sales are F.O.B. shipping point.
An authorized independent rigging and hauling company has removed the equipment we sell from an external Xerox customer office. They package the equipment to Xerox standards and ship the equipment to several consolidation warehouses where the equipment is made available for sale by Xerox Merchant Channel Operations. They do not inspect the equipment for completeness or operability nor do they remove parts.
As such we describe the equipment we offer for sale as "As Is / Where Is".
Do you provide meter reads and descriptions of the equipment's physical condition?
We do not provide either piece of information. This is due in large part because we do not physically inspect the equipment upon receipt. More importantly there is no published standard for what would be regarded as a high, average or low meter count and therefore no way to rationalize the value of the machine as a result. There is also no industry standard against which equipment condition can be measured either. One persons opinion of what constitutes "Excellent" condition may be another persons opinion of what constitutes "Fair" condition.
How is equipment packaged for shipping from your warehouse?
Equipment is shrink-wrapped, and/or banded or bolted to pallets. Be aware that equipment may have the castors removed for shipping purposes. Some units may be in cardboard boxes which can be banded or shrink wrapped to a pallet. Please note, equipment that has been unwrapped by the customer can not be returned.

What equipment logistics services are offered?
Freight- We offer air ride trailers from point to point anywhere in the US. Call our sales rep for a rate quote.
Storage- We can store your equipment (first 30 days free) until you are able to come pick it up at $2.00 per day per unit.
If I pay Xerox to ship the goods are they insured?
Yes, at a rate of $.60 per pound (sixty cents per pound) which is the industry standard.
What are the requirements for pick up?
The warehouse will contact you when your order is ready, or you may call Catherine (# listed below) if you wish to pick up within a day or two. You will then have 5 days to make an appointment and remove the goods from the warehouse. The entire order must be picked up at one time. Any units left will be restocked, and the customer will be charged a $20.00 per unit restocking fee. Our warehouses require dock high trailers.
Unscheduled arrivals will be turned away.

No. Our process does not allow for us to provide this information
Where does the Non-Xerox equipment come from?
It is returned to us from equipment trade-ins from customers who have purchased Xerox equipment.
