Merchant Channel Operations is a business group within Xerox Corporation chartered with selling used as-is office equipment at wholesale prices. As one of the country's largest sellers of used office equipment, we have a wide range of products and services. We also have a sales and customer service organization available to address the needs of our customers.

Our Warehouse
Our warehouse is located at Xerox Corporation's used equipment warehouse in Monroe, Ohio. Our facility has 380,000 sq. ft. of storage, with dock high receiving and shipping bays. The warehouse also contains 22,000 racked pallet positions, a bar coded inventory system and fork trucks. Equipment is shrink wrapped, banded, and palletized.
